Select and Better This grade of Ash contains mostly sapwood, occasional narrow streaks and small "pin" knots. The combination of open grain and void of defects provides for a kind of gentlemanly country elegance. Average length 38"	1 Common This grade of Ash contains a wide variety of wood characteristics. These include heavy streaks, discolored sapwood and some small knots. This is a hearty floor with character. Average length 30"	2 Common This grade of Ash has wide varying, even wild, wood characteristics, such as heavy streaks, discolored sapwood and numerous small knots. This floor harkens back to the days of the "Western Tavern" with characteristics as wild as the patrons. Average length 24"

All species are offered as solid, unfinished flooring cut from a singular piece of wood. Flooring is square edged, 25/32" thick, and available in 1 1/2", 2 1/4", 3 1/4", 4", and 5" widths.
